Worst customer care support
I am a new customer to Videocon d2h dated on 25th Aug 2023 and was told to opt for the 1 year Kadambam HD package. On August 26th, 2023, that package was changed to the Gujarat silver package for an unspecified reason.
I made several attempts to change my original offered package with the help of customer service, but the problem is unresolved, and the situation makes me frustrated. I was informed by the customer care person the package was locked & unable to change from their end. Also i was trying to reach Nodal Officer Veeraputhiran for Tamil Nadu several times , but it was no use.
He never picked up a call, and there was no response to my email as well. I don't know how to proceed and need your help to resolve my issue.
